Manipur chief minister, Nagaland tourism minister discuss regional development

Imphal, Manipur, March 13 (HBTV): Tourism and Higher Education Minister of Nagaland Temjen Imna on Tuesday visited Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh at the latter's office in Manipur. 



The two Bharatiya Janata Party leaders reportedly discussed various development activities of the two states besides matters related to the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.        



In his X post, the Manipur chief minister stated that the two had a positive discussion on various development activities and projects taking place in the northeastern states.               



Earlier in the day, Temjen Imna, who is also the BJP’s Central Election Committee’s person in charge of Manipur, presided over an organizational meeting at Nambol in Bishnupur district of the state.                   



The visiting BJP leader took suggestions from grassroots workers for the party’s manifesto meant for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections scheduled for April-May.                  



The BJP leader from Nagaland also assessed the ground situation about aspiring candidates for the two Lok Sabha seats of Manipur.
